    this is what works with for me. let the girl come 60 40. ill clarify. if she notices you once, then you make sure she knows you notice her. let her keep looking and you might say hi, or say a small thing or perhaps even a light gesture. if shes still interested, let her say something back and you just answer. basically, let her “do” most of the work. its kinda of like fishing. the fish gets caught more securely the harder it swims
